Discrimination at the Courtrooms
Discrimination is everywhere in the world and no matter how many people try to stop the discrimination of certain races, it will never really go away. You may have heard a lot about discrimination in schools and other places but have you ever heard of discrimination in the courts? Yes, discrimination can happen here as well. It may sound funny that there is discrimination going on in the court because this is suppose to be a place where justice is served; even lawyers and judges discriminate people in the court because of certain things. It is really unfair for there to be judges and lawyers who are racist because it will be really difficult for people to win cases just because they are of a certain race or just because they have a different color of skin. When you come to look at this world and the people living in this world, there is a lot of discrimination and you probably have discriminated someone before already because of certain things.
One way that you can detect discrimination is when some people think that they are better than others. There are so many people who discriminate other on a really low key but to the one they are discriminating, this can be really sad for them because they can not really do anything much. You may be better than others but maybe that other person can do things that you can not do yourself so you should never think that you are better but you should live with your fellow human beings in peace. You can also detect discrimination when you think that you are a higher class than others. There are actually a lot of people who think this way and this is really bad because it is discriminating to the other people.
If judges were racist, they can not really make fair judgments because they are racist against some people and this is really bad and must be stopped; the thing is, it is really hard to detect these kinds of discrimination. Winning a case is usually pretty easy especially if you are in the right but it becomes really hard to win a case when the judges are against you and if they are racist against you. If you think that judges and the people at court are free from bias and discrimination or anything like racism, you are mistaken because these people can be racist to these people who go to trial and who try to win their cases. Discrimination and racism is everywhere even in places where you least think they will be such as in the courtroom. It will be very hard indeed and this is not fair as well because everyone deserves a fair trial.
